Year in September, 2016 graduate Wendy Huai and 2017 graduate Nancy Lin
returned to CAIS and brought us two wonderful college life
Wendy is as gentle as always. She smiled and greeted the CAIS teachers. Although she’s already an excellent university student, for her, she is always a student of CAIS, and willing to make a contribution to her Alma mater.
2016 QS Ranking No.27, U.S. News Ranking No.8, is a public research
university in the United States and is definitely a world famous
university. During the presentation, Wendy talked about her life
schedule and she kindly reminded all DP students that time planning was

university, Wendy’s life became more and more colorful. “I have joined
some clubs, and some of them really impressed me. Their recruiting
process is very complicated. You need a lot of time to prepare, but you
will see the benefit as soon as you joined. I appreciate those clubs,
and I met many young excellent seniors. Through their recommendation, I
found the right investment bank internship and made a lot of friends
talking about the differences between CAIS and university life, Wendy
told us honestly,” CAIS built my confidence and helped me to conquer the
challenge. The club and volunteer experiences helped me a lot, which
also encouraged me to move forward. I hope this presentation can bring
DP students some inspirations.”
The University of Warwick, 2017 QS World Ranking No.57, is UK top research university. The Mathematics Department is consistently in Top Three ranking of UK universities.

that suits her is believed to be the best! Focusing on students’
academic abilities, Warwick offers extra help to students that have
difficulties in understanding, which is very commendable compared with
many U.S. universities.

two subjects. Therefore the strict time planning ability is
though the time is tight, Nancy still spends some time participating in
clubs and activities. Additionally, Nancy got an opportunity to be an
internship in Barclays Bank (One of the fortune 500 companies).
Wendy and Nancy are both CAIS scholarship students. They didn’t lose themselves due to this honor, but are inspired to face the future with courage. During their visit, we learned the differences between U.K and U.S. universities, but their essential enthusiasm of learning and endless spirit of exploration were the same.

the activities they organized and participated in shaped them to be
strong-minded people and also gave them the confidence for their
futures. We believe that all CAIS graduates are worth praising. IB will
definitely change all their futures.
