First of all, please appreciate the PYP5A’s ”Fox Splash Art video”
We really wondered why the students did not use their own T- shirt to paint. The PYP 5A homeroom teacher, Ms. Carolyn, said, ”
The most important is the procedure. After many years, they may not
remember they have ever painted on a shirt, but we believe they will
remember their homeroom teacher was a ‘canvas’ and when they splashed on
me! This painting is a wonderful artwork.”
the PYP 5B classroom, the students explored how to do Chinese painting.
Paul, one of the students from the USA, who never tried to do Chinese

painting the Chinese ink-wash art. He liked the painting because it used

Creativity takes courage”. This
famous quote by Henri Matisse is very relevant to how our CAIS students
